Projects
Things I've
built.
A selection of recent work — from a live product to systems running on the factory floor. Some client projects are shown anonymously, but the work is real.
A full-stack QR-code management platform. Generate and manage dynamic QR codes, track scans with analytics, and handle team accounts and subscription billing — all from one dashboard. Built as a product from the ground up: REST API, web app, and a mobile client in the works.
02
Factory label-printing system
Replaced three fragile Excel workbooks with a single source of truth for printing automotive transport tags across the factory floor. A central database and admin console feed lightweight print stations that run fully offline and give every box a unique, traceable serial. Barcodes are rendered in software and label layouts are stored as data, so new formats are added without touching code.
03
Employee management system
A full-stack application for HR and workforce administration — employee records, roles, and related company data — with secure authentication and a redesigned, switchable interface. Runs in production behind a containerised stack.
04
ERP ↔ OEE integration API
Middleware connecting the client’s ERP database to their factory-floor monitoring (OEE) system, keeping production data in sync between the two. Ships with an admin interface for managing users, roles, permissions, and API tokens, secured with JWT and token-based authentication.
05
Warehouse order-tracking system
A real-time order-tracking system for the warehouse floor, showing live order status on kiosk displays. A central API and message pipeline feed ruggedised display devices, with over-the-air updates so the whole fleet stays current without a site visit.
Have something like this in mind?
Whether it's a product, an integration, or something on the shop floor — tell me about it and I'll tell you honestly how I'd approach it.
